  • zarsmonkey…I agree in part, but there ARE some crazy laws that are real and just outdated. The ones that have the most truth to them involve lifestock. I don’t think they ever changed the law about riding a horse down a city street, so technically you COULD, providing your horse can weather the traffic and won’t poop in the street every 5 minutes. The law regarding picking up your pet feces may discourage equestrians in downtown areas. HAHA!
