It is illegal to seep your dirt from your house into the street.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sweep any dirt, trash or rubbish from the interior of any building in the city onto any street, alley or sidewalk in the city.

No Sex Shows For Cops!
Cops are not allowed to go near a car when he thinks the occupants are having sex. He must honk or flash his lights and wait at least a minimum of three minutes before going near the car.
