Water Bottlers Must Have Special Labels
A New York judge recently ruled that the water bottle deposit law was unconstitutional because it violates US commerece laws. Appearantly the state passed a law that required all water bottles sold in the state to have a refund for recycling. Great! But the problem arose when the state only wanted those water bottles to be sold in New York only!
No pissing on the pigeons allowed.
The state of New York, dissallows anyone to piss on a bird of any kind. Bird Pissing as it has come to be known came about as a result of a few individual getting fed up with pigeons urinating on their heads in Central Park.
Calling your son a “faggot” or “queer” is illegal
If your son is acting a little fruity, it would be illegal to insult him with derogatory names.
Bathing suit required to bathe within city limits
A bathing suit or some covering is required if you decide to bathe in the city ponds.
38-5. Bathing.
It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to bathe in any of the waters within the corporate bounds of the village unless attired by a suitable bathing suit or covering, or to disrobe in any of the streets or public places or in any automobile or wagon in said streets or public places in said village.
Stripping in a car is illegal
It is unlawful to disrobe in a car or wagon when riding down any public streets.

Swimming and eating is prohibited
To cut down on cramps, Ocean City prohibited all beach goers from eating and swimming.
Man boobs are illegal
Some men look like they’ve had breast enhancements and should be required to wear a “Bro” or “Manzier”. This law is in place to protect us all from man boobs.
Eating chestnuts and walking backwards on the sidewalk is illegal
Most concert halls are afraid of slip and fall and all the liability that comes with walking backwards while eating nuts. Therefore, it is illegal to do so during a concert.
Eating ice cream while waiting for a bus is illegal
You may not eat ice cream while standing on sidewalk waiting for a bus.
Men cannot go outside with mismatched color pants and jacket
This must be the fashion district of New York to enforce such a law.
Divorce cannot happen unless couple agrees to irreconcilable differences
Citizens of New York cannot get a divorce for irreconcilable difference unless they both agree to it.
Flirting could lead to a $25 fine
A $25 fine can be issued to someone caught in the act of flirting.
