Weed dealers required to obtain a Iowa drug tax stamp
When dealing narcotics in the state of Iowa, you’re required to have a drug tax stamp. Could anyone really be that retarded to apply for one?!

- No crack dealers in the hospital!

I read that they don’t report you if you buy one, But my question is if I have this stamp and get cought with something will they still take it and put me into jail?

one giant loop… its illegal but to sell it legally you need a tax stamp, but you can’t aquire a legal licence for a ‘controlled substance’ (fyi: homemade beer, wine and tabacco can be sold w/ this stamp)

Cannabis is not a narcotic. And if you spent 5 minutes of your time, you’d see the purchase can be done anonymously. Seeing as how most people get hit for tax evasion long after the distributing charge, you’d be stupid to not purchase them.

Using the drug is illegal, buying the drug is illegal, selling the drug is illegal, even if you buy a drug tax stamp! Period! If you buy it, smoke it, or sell it, regardless, your going to jail!!!

wow i think this is funny as hell and to all the haters out there bashing on people who smoke, well you dont see them killing people because they are high on weed now do you….. didnt think so… i dont smoke but i used to as a kid, im 19yrs old and just choose not to do it but 90% of my friends do…. so this should be legal so that way my friends and family can stop going to jail lol ahhahahah
