Pennsylvania Fishing Laws
You may only catch a fish with your mouth, no other body parts allowed. (rod & reel are ok)
You cannot use dynamite to catch fish.
You can fish on your own land without a permit but you can’t hunt on your own land without a permit.

Actually that’s not quite correct. You may only catch fish by the fish’s mouth, not yours. Meaning you must use a baited hook, not a spear, net, trap, or other method.
