No fireworks for residents
If you live in another state you can goto Pennsylvania to buy fireworks at a firewoks store but not if you are a resident of Pennsylvania.
Related Stupid Laws, Crazy Laws, and just plain Stupid Laws:
- Fireworks only allowed during daylight hours
- It’s illegal to possess fireworks without a permit
- I guess the Airforce and NASA are outlaws in California
- Indiana residents must remain stinky!
- No horses in city hall!

Of course, it is illegal for NJ residents to own fireworks without a license & permit. Yes, cops do sit in the parking lot & radio license plates to a NJ cop just over the bridge. They can’t pull you over just for that, but go 2 miles over the limit on the way home……
