- Killing a whale is ok, as long as…
- Driving your ATV in Mountain View cemetery is prohibited
- Hunting rabbits in a motorboat prohibited
- Hunting license required to trap mice

where are all the whales in Utah? They killed them all…and must have drained out the ocean that was around their state too….this IS a stupid law

There were zero whales left in the Great Salt Lake when Utah passed this state law, but now there are 23 times that many!

Where exactly is the ocean in Utah? Is this a secret ocean? If so they should keep the law a secret too.

In the Utah State Code and Constitution, the word “Whale” or any related terms that are similar to a “large aquatic mammal” are not used or cited.
