- Shooting Indians on horseback is legal
- No cars allowed to drive through town
- It’s illegal to go to a public beach
- It’s illegal to sing in public if you are in a swimsuit
- Nascar racing is illegal

They didn’t want the people who were fishing without a license taking off when wildlife officers approached them.

The vast majority of fishing laws can be found in the Utah State Constitution under Title 23: Wildlife Resources Code of Utah. Though others were sporadically placed elsewhere, nowhere in any of Title 23 legislation or other places in the Constitution dealing with agriculture (specifically fishing) define fishing from horseback as “Illegal”.
