No tramps on top of water tanks
You may not climb or tramp on top of city water tanks.
130.05 CLIMBING ON ROOFS AND WATER TANKS.
(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to climb or tramp on any of the roofs of any business houses in the Town without a lawful purpose.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to climb or go on the ladder or any part of any water tank owned by the Town without the permission of the Town Manager or the Chief of Police.

This is not an idiot law; the person posting it is. The laws does not say no tramps you morons. It say you may not tramp on the roof which means to walk heavily (stomping) which can cause damage to lower floor ceilings. Get a clue before you post.
