Get arrested for loitering outside a police station
Find a new place to loiter as standing outside a police station after dark is prohibited.
131.03 LOITERING NEAR JAILS AND POLICE STATIONS.
It shall be unlawful for any person, under pretext of exercising his right to be on the public streets, to loiter on or near the premises of any jail or police station of the Town for the purpose of prying therein or holding surreptitious communication with any of the inmates of the jail or police station, or to loiter on or near the premises for any purpose during the hours of darkness.

This law is not stupid. It is quite obviously written to discourage people from trying to break prisoners out of jail. Do you really want the police to catch someone secretly talking to a prisoner and just say, “No, don’t do that”? There needs to be some way to stop it. If it is so important, go inside the jail and talk where they can record the conversation.
