You may not climb or tramp on top of city water tanks.

130.05 CLIMBING ON ROOFS AND WATER TANKS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to climb or tramp on any of the roofs of any business houses in the Town without a lawful purpose.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to climb or go on the ladder or any part of any water tank owned by the Town without the permission of the Town Manager or the Chief of Police.

Find a new place to loiter as standing outside a police station after dark is prohibited.

131.03 LOITERING NEAR JAILS AND POLICE STATIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, under pretext of exercising his right to be on the public streets, to loiter on or near the premises of any jail or police station of the Town for the purpose of prying therein or holding surreptitious communication with any of the inmates of the jail or police station, or to loiter on or near the premises for any purpose during the hours of darkness.
