No giving your pet cocaine or hashish!
Crazy drug law out of Georgia forbids anyone from forcing your pet to take drugs! this seems totally odd….
Related Stupid Laws, Crazy Laws, and just plain Stupid Laws:
- Oral Sex = Against the Law
- You can’t impounding a dog without giving it notice for 3 days
- Mothers must have a state license before giving their daughters a perm
- Getting your dog drunk is illegal
- Giving whiskey or smokes to a zoo animal is illegal

Considering recent youtube videos of people who’ve force-fed cigarettes and/or pot to toddlers and other incidents involving beer and toddlers, it’s not inconceivable that someone would force-feed their pet cocaine or anything else. The law is probably based on some incident(s) that actually happened. Do you bother to research this stuff before calling it stupid???

I have wondered the same thoughts about many of these laws they call stupid here. For many of them, the only thing stupid seems to be the headline captions preceding many of these threads.
In this instance “No giving your pet cocaine or hashish”, would it be as funny if it said “No giving your pet cyanide or arsenic”?
What gives? cocaine and hashish could be very toxic on certain organisms, and depending on their health conditions and any other medicines they are on, potentially deadly too.

Sheesh. Ditto what Chris said. Is it so difficult to fathom? Some people really are scum who think its funny to give inappropriate things to animals to see what will happen.
