No beer on the playground without a permit
You can’t get drunk or have been in a park or playground without a written permit from the director of parks and recreation.
Sec. 26-4. Alcoholic beverages.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume, carry or bring any alcoholic beverage in or upon any park or playground in the city without a written permit from the director of parks and recreation.

This isn’t an idiot law either. Why would any parent want drunks on the playground around their children? The reason a permit is required is for the use of parties.
