I guess you can’t raise your voice at town hall meetings, or at PTA meetings, or scream on amusement park rides.

I doubt anyone would hear a fart over all the other noise at a state fair, so feel free to fart, ‘specially if you’re near the livestock. You can blame the smell on the cows.
