Women can’t drive cars…..Unless…
Women are forbidden from driving cars bylaw unless a man either is running or walking in front of the vehicle waving a red flag to warn approaching motororisits and pedestrians. This is why there shouldn’t be women drivers, Just kidding! I’m sure this law was been removed from the statutes. This was in Memphis, Tennessee.
