That one doesn’t need a statute. It’s God’s Law. And it is not stupid or outdated. If I sat on a jury for the killing of a horse thief I’d acquit them and give them a medal.

Hi i would not let anyone kill a horse if i saw a person killing a horse i would stab that person till they die and then tell the RSPCA for trying to kill it and adopt the horse and clean up it’s cut’s and wounds.
