Visiting the dead after midnight prohibited
You are prohibited from visiting the cemetery between the hours of 12:00 to 6:00 am.
Sec. 5-13. Prohibited hours for entry.
It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon the premises of city cemeteries, whether on foot, by means of a vehicle, or otherwise, between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. each and every day, except for law enforcement personnel and other city employees while on official business.

i believe this is stupid because paying you rrespects to your loved ones should be whenever you feel the need. especially if you own an adjoining plot

this is a law to prevent loitering. most people are not going to “visit” between those hours.

I think between midnight and early morning more drug deals and lovers trysts will happen more than bereved loved ones visiting.
