This is NOT an Anti-Lesbian Law this is an Anti-Homosexual law. Not all homosexuals are female, thier are also males, therefore, this law applies to both men and women. So it’s illegal to participate in homosexual intercourse (gay and/or lesbian) in Texas.

Though I strongly disagree with many of his policies, Bush didn’t do anything to the gay community, he just stood in the way of the gay community doing anything. Actually the old testament didn’t say anywhere in it that being gay was against god. The new testament does but that was in the middle ages when the churches were battling for political power; there for, many many paragraphs from the bible are wrongly translated since the first bibles were in latin. It’s merely a translation error.

i live in scotland and there are no laws against homosexuality that i know of but in my high school the deputy head noticed 2 girls giving eachother a kiss goodbye. he went mental. he forced them to stay atleast 1m apart at all times. thats jst sick! what do u think?
