This may be a law but again come on down and you will see how they can’t enforce it like the other States. The homeless would rather go to jail and get a place to stay and free meals, so this may be a law but again enforceable.
Yes we have people living at the parks in the city and beaches and when they chase them out, they come right back in a few days later.
The politicians need to think what to do to resolve the issue and not just think they can kick them out because it’s not working and they don’t put them into jail so I don’t really take it as a law because it’s not carried out and where does the homeless go too????
A law is only when they enforce it and stay on top of it and this one, they don’t. Temporary law???
Just don’t want to mislead you, they are in the parks over here also.
