No tank tops in the park
You can’t enter a public park without out being in violation of a dress code rule for the park if you have on a sleeveless shirt.

Again who makes this silly laws up?? You can go in a park, shirtless if you like as I do but that’s for guys but as far as sleeveless? There is no laws. this is Hawaii, come on..
