Mandatory Fake Orgasm; Tax Credit; Exemption
a) All lobbyists registered under the Fair Political Practices Act shall, while performing or planning to perform, any sex with an elected official, shall not reach actual orgasm, but shall make sounds, movements and facial expressions of simulated orgasm.
b) The costs of procurement, application and cleaning of personal lubricant products shall be a credit against income tax.
c) Registered Democrats are exempt from the provisions of subsection a, but are entitled to the credit of subsection b.
