It’s illegal to show your breasts in a topless dance
so… what is the point of the topless dance? thats like ordering a steak dinner without the beef.
Sec. 14-96. Female nudity for commercial exploitation.
(a) It is unlawful conduct in any commercial establishment for any person to procure, counsel, aid, assist or permit a female person to appear and expose, exhibit, display or reveal or for any female person to appear, expose, exhibit, display or reveal her nude breast or breasts or lower part of the torso, beginning at the hip line and buttocks, uncovered or covered by any costume or garment which, by virtue of construction or transparency of material, exposes, exhibits, displays or reveals the nipple of the breast or the pigmented area adjacent thereto or the lower part of the torso as described in this subsection under any of the following conditions:
(1) While performing customary “barroom” type of nude dancing commonly referred to as “topless” and/or “bottomless” dancing;
(2) While serving any food or beverage;
(3) In connection with the promotion or the sale of any product or service.
(b) For the purpose of this section, the “nude breast” is hereby defined as the exposure, exhibition, display and revelation, either continually or intermittently, of the nipple or the pigmented portion adjacent thereto, otherwise defined as the areola.
(c) The provisions contained in this section shall not apply to the exhibition, presentation, showing or performance of any play, ballet, drama, tableau, production or motion picture in any theater, concert hall, museum, school or other similar establishment which is devoted to such presentation as a form of expression, as differentiated from commercial or business promotion or exploitation of nudity for the purpose of advertising, promoting, selling or serving products or services or otherwise advancing the economic welfare of a commercial or business enterprise.

I think the biggest mistake in America is the liberty statues it makes America like the ” I dont care father ” a father who is ready to give u money and not care what r u gonna spend it on. It makes people do whatever they want to do without thinking of the damages of their acts like the law of ” freedom of speech ” should be changed to ” freedom of speech without hurting other people’s feelings ” and so many things other than that. and at last I just wanna say that this is a talk love not hate I wish all the best to you all.

This law isn’t true. I dunno where this site came up with this one, almost like someone submitted it and it was never checked.
Tampa has a 6 foot rule for lap dances. That was because the mayor was worried about himself being a moral Christian. Still, it’s one of the places to go if you want to see full nudity AND drink. My county (Pinellas) has this law basically, not Tampa (Hillsborough).
Our law in this county is basically that if the strip club is going to serve alcohol, they’re not allowed to show full nude. Most of us don’t like pasties but hey, I don’t always want to make a half an hour or hour trip back from a place that has full nude after drinking. But the clubs here don’t care because they make more money off of alcohol anyways.
Whoever put this one up made it up. It should come down.

well, actually its stating that the club cant profit from it, as long as the dancers keep their tip money, only giving it to other employees like dj and bartenders sometimes as split tips, and that the club can only profit on entry fees and bar service
