Illegal to buy your waitress a drink
It’s illegal for a waitress to accept a drink from a customer.
Section 9.04.030 B-girls prohibited.
No employee shall accept or solicit for himself or herself drinks of alcoholic beverages from any customer at the place where he or she is employed.

We had TBAC come to our bar and he said it was not illegal but the manager can make it against the rules if he wants to as long as we’re of age and do not get wasted
