Anybody can sell alcoholic beverage
Sec. 6-2. Hours of sale.Alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed or served or
permitted to be sold, consumed or served in any
establishment within the city from 7:00 a.m. each day until
2:00 a.m. the following day.

they oughta require a license. personally, i think they should bring back prohibition, but this is close enuf.
