I have great ect…grandfather that was a southern called John Ballard he walk from North Carolina to Tennesse to fight for the Union in his autobiography he clams the war was fought over slavery. do we not remeber Harpers ferry, bloody Kansas or the damn war we had with mexico to keep southern senators in equal number with the free states

we should burn the confederate flag every fourth of july. your right breanne it bothers alot of folks. I it should bother anyone who knows the opressive history of our state. it sybolizes making it ignorance and oppresion and ignorance we are 49th in the sat score, 50th in high school education that means last. 45 in computers, first in high college tuition, 50 in job growth. 7th 6th for worst place for kids in child poverty. all people can complane about is how we should remember the ignorance that got us in this shitty situation
