- No driving with the lights on at anytime
- Walking your cow down Lake Road is illegal
- Driving in circles prohibited on 23rd Avenue

I just stumbled on this, but if it is in fact true, which part of Lake? East? West? Regardless, I’ve only owned red cars (not really by choice, color-wise) and Lake was a daily drive for a long while. If it is true, I guess I was lucky?
