- You must get a permit to wear a mask on halloween
- Women walkin on Sundays are required to wear a petticoat or underskirt
- It’s illegal to wear dark sunglasses or a hood
- Wearing shorts and dancing on the main avenue is prohibited
- Bathing suit required to bathe within city limits

yea whatever I live in Elko and I dont drive down Idaho steet seeing masks everywhere. Although the women that are coming out of horseshoe should wear them so as to not scare off the drunks
