Spitting on the sidewalk is not a stupid law. If you consider the fact that little children play on the sidewalks. A little child needs to be disinfected because some pig went and spit on the sidewalk. A law that needs to be reinstated is the law that if you are caught horse stealing or cattle rustling you are hung from the nearest tree.

Just a prime example of a dumb law not being enforced. It just proves not even the police have to enforce laws that are not just. So why cant we do this with cannabis?

Actually its illegal because people with Tuberculosis who may not know it, if they spit on ground and it dries up, many people could be at risk. And I know that it seems dumb especially if you don’t have the disease but its there to protect
