Shaved Ice Stand regulatated in Provo, Utah
Provo Utah recently changed the laws to allow shaved ice stands to operate from May 1st to October 31st. Previously, the law only allowed them to operate from June 1st to September 30th. It took the city 10 months to get the shaved-ice law changed! Your tax dollars hard at work!Â

why do they need a law for this, if people dont want to buy them they wont buy them and the shaved ice stands will just close for the year otherwise, let them do their thing
