It is ok to dig for boogers in the car, but it is illegal to flick it out the window while it’s moving
I guess the adults of Alabama never out grew the habit and the legislation feels it necessary to enact yet another law to further restrict freedom of its citizens.
I guess you are not allowed to give your moose skydiving lessons
It is illegal to push a live moose out of a moving airplane. Why they feel it is necessary to single out “live moose” for this particular law is quite confusing.
Better shoot that bear before taking its picture
It is legal to shoot a bear, but it’s not legal to wake a sleeping bear for the purpose of taking a picture.  I’m glad the legal minds in Alaska has their priorities straight although their common sense might be abit backwords.
Pilots beware: Make sure you close your eyes when you spot a moose on the ground while flying
Apparently it is illegal to view a moose from an airplane… Not entirely sure why Alaskan legislature feels it necessary to make this law, but it’s there. Although I find it somewhat hard to enforce considering the size of the state and the sparseness of its population.
You + a bottle of salt + a railroad track = the electric chair.
Once again, sounds like another law that should have gotten an expiration date on it because the true intent of this law is already covered by tons of other laws reguarding public safety. Still, getting the death penalty for putting unspecified amount of salt on railroad tracks seems harsh. Better keep those McDonalds fries away from railroad tracks.

So… what happened to the seperation of church and state? What if someone opened a church of the clowns where laughter is part of the religion? poor forsight on the law makers part who are being far too ethnocentric in their views.

Well, it’s illegal for you to work on sunday… unless you happen to work for an establishment that is open on sundays…

Personally, I would have chosen a lesser way of getting out of it.  But hay, I guess each state have their own values on quality of life and pass the laws accordingly.
Better make sure you got shoes with you at the beach
