One year prison sentence for throwing tomatoes at public speaker
You could face aggravated assault charges if you toss a tomato at a public speaker.
KRS 437.050 Attempting to interrupt or injure public speaker
Any person who interferes with any person addressing a public audience within this state, who interrupts such a person, while speaking, by the use of insulting or offensive language or opprobrious epithets applied to the speaker or who attempts to interrupt or injure the speaker by throwing missiles of any kind at him shall be fined not less than fifty ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for not less than one (1) year nor more than six (6) months [sic], or both.

Going through two toll booths in Ohio County Kentucky two/half years ago=two counts of wonten and endangerment.Not even reduced after all these years. Person receiving the sentence is in jail for two years now.Federal law states that going through a toll booth is a fine not wonten and endangerment

This is the real Kathy Kier, formerly of NC. I did not write the post of September 30th, 2008 at 8:28 am. There was a girl who spent a great deal of time posting all over the internet using my name. Despite repeated requests to Google and http://www.idiotlaws.com, the post of 9/28/2008 has not been removed.

There was a girl insanely jealous of myself, my family (she had none), and my business who spent a great deal of time posting hateful, false and untrue entries in my name all over the internet.
