Officers are required by law to kill all feral cats
If a policeman spots a cat running at large on any streets, ally or public place, it is his duty as a cop to exterminate the feline.

- Cats must warn birds of their whereabouts
- No cats in the graveyard!
- Don’t kill anyone while attempting suicide.
- It’s illegal to try to give away puppies or kittens
