Bar owners are forbidden from letting customers make loud and unusual noices inside the bar.
8-105 Prohibited conduct or activities by beer permit holders
It shall be unlawful for any beer permit holder to:
(1) Allow any loud, unusual, or obnoxious noises to emanate from his premises.
