In Abilene, you cannot idle or loiter within the coroporate zoning limits of Abilene for reasons like flirting and mashing.

In Abilene, ‘cruising the drag’ in a person’s favorite ride seems to be the most common way to gain the attention of the opposite sex. Same holds true for all surrounding small towns.

if you have to loiter to pick up a girl your probably picking up a hooker in the first place or you just cant find a girl any of the normal ways like going to the bar
