Put your drunk passenger in the trunk because it’s illegal even if it’s in someone else’s blood stream. Don’t get that DUI for driving them home!

I think that there is also a law against cutting someone’s head off.
On another note: It should be illegal for alcohol to be within 100 feet of any voting booth (during an election)

If it was illegal to be within 5 feet of someone with alcohol in their system there wouldn’t be cops sitting outside the bars to make sure noone who has been drinking is driving.

Ive lived in texas my whole lifa and happen to know that this is a lie and its deffinately not illeagal in Texas to have a designated driver or they wouldnt advise you to do so
