It is against the law to bring a donkey or mule onto a trolly car in Pittsburgh, PA.

Pittsburgh has a lot of stupid laws, but this is not one of them. Sorry.

In fact, donkeys are not regulated at all, only dogs and cats, so it is perfectly legal for you to have a dozen donkeys in your urban residential house.
