Lying down on sidewalk is illegal
Bums and vagrants probably purposely violate this law just to get a good night’s sleep in a warm prison cell.
Sec. 8.12.015. Sitting or lying down on public sidewalks in the downtown redevelopment district prohibited.
(b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, no person shall sit or lie down upon a public sidewalk, or upon a blanket, chair, stool, or any other object placed upon a public sidewalk in the downtown redevelopment district, as it is defined in section 18.07.040 of the Reno Municipal Code.

The laws in Nevada fuk*** suck and people are not to be treated like animals just because of no money. The cops are tyrants and people are just trying to live day to day and cops are nothing but a group of tyrants and a holes that dont care about anyone except themselves. The laws for the people in this worls are becoming rediculous and people have no rights anymore based on some aholes that are in the congress or white house or other government. I am at the point where ill do something if i can and i am not appreciative of the way im treated by aholes on the street or law and the mayor is the same way. These laws are stupid, rediculous and should be bansihed because how would anyone want to live like this. I am currently homeless myself with my partner and we are disgusted of the way people are treated and we are in this not by chouice.
