Landing an airplane in city parks is prohibited without permit
7-3-3: ACTIVITIES REQUIRING PERMIT:
No person shall engage in the following activities, except pursuant to a permit for the activity:
G. Use park property for starting or landing of aircraft, hot air balloons, parachutes or hang gliders.

- No beer on the playground without a permit
- No motorized wheelchairs in parks and schools
- No pissing in the waters of local parks
- No molesting of animals in city parks
- It’s illegal to pick flowers from parks
