Hello i guess the people live on a conmunity have to stick w/ the rules on this especific conmunity,is illegal to hang clothes on you backyard?o this people needs to get a home on the wild country.This comment is from davenport,florida.

Florida state law actually overrides the HOA and any local laws in this case. You can hang your clothes on a line outside if you state it’s for purposes of energy conservation.
