Every homeowner also has the right to spend time in their own yard w/o haVING TO BE BARKED AT CONSTANTLY NON- ENDING. They make collars to help the dogs. Dog owners need to be morecaring of others. P.S. I have a dog that only barks at real strangers not at neighbors that have lived there for years.
