It is unlawful to drink in a bar between 2am and 6am

It’s probably unlawful to drink in a bar between those hours because the bar is closed and you’d be trespassing.

  • You’re both dumb.

@kk -Columbia IS a college town but the bars in Columbia have to have every customer out by 1:30 am.

@Katie -The website says this law is specific to Columbia. I agree with you that there are plenty of bars in MO that stay open until 3 A.M. Some of which are in Kansas City and St. Louis.

From personal experience, even if you work at the bar and are drinking after bar close you will get a ticket if the cops catch you.

I can’t speak to the 6 A.M. portion of this law.
