Fireworks only allowed during daylight hours

Setting off fireworks is only allowed during 8am and 11pm.  North Carolina must not put on a good firework show on the 4th of July or New Years.

8.20.030 Hours of use.

No person shall set off, explode or detonate any fireworks other than during the hours of eight a.m. and eleven p.m. during the dates listed in this chapter.
