- Speak English only in Pahrump, Nevada
- No “fuck”ing on the playground in Cumberland!
- No cussing about other people
- Traffic signs must be written in English
- Phone sex is not allowed

WTF!!!! We live in america, and you can’t speak english here in Illinois!?!?! Whoever passed this law is the most idiotic person on earthh. English is a mojority of our first languages. what are we supposed to speak? FRENCH? SPANISH? CHINESE? OMG this is a stupid law

I LIVE IN ILLINOIS AND WE ALL SPEAK ENGLISH! Who ever published this is bullshitting us, like wtf, how can you not speak ENGLISH!? we are in AMERICA! THATS LIKE ITS ILLEGAL TO SPEAK POLISH IN POLAND. like does that make sense ? NO!

no this is a real law, the law says it is illegal to speak English in IL because the officially recognized language is American. although this law is super old, it still makes no sense, IL politicians must have always been dumb as they are these days.
