Donut shops are prohibited from selling doughnut holes
Dunkin Donuts would be in violation of this law as their Munchkins are nothing but the punch-outs from donuts.

The spelling of the town is Leigh and I belive that they lifted that law a couple of years back. I’ve bought some in the town.
