Can’t Marry an Idiot law
If any marraige results in one party marrying an idiot or lunatic, the marrige is considered null and void.

Guess this is to protect all, just think of it. You’re smart, your partner is dumb, your offspring may become ‘smart asses’. And, we all know that there’s a lot of smart-asses making these rediculess laws.
