Beer Sale Contradiction Laws
In Houston, the law states that it is illegal for beer to be purchased after midnight on Sunday but, it can be purchased on Monday.

- 2 Liters of Beer is the Maximum sized container allowed.
- No 2 for 1 promo for alcohol
- No Beer Specials
- This Bud is not for you

Yea they aren’t allowed to sell after midnight anywhere in texas that i know of unless it’s a bar. actually it’s midnight anywhere walmart stops selling at 12 sharp
