  • I actually agree with this law, because there is a demented group of protesters still trapped in the vietnam era who picket funerals of fallen soldiers and chant things like “baby killers “, so imagine your at a loved ones funeral and some jackhole with his group of “mommy didnt hug me enough” lemmings, shouting insults at your dearly departed, if you ask me it’s not severe enough.

  • Exactly as the first two said. There are a bunch of stupid people that think its “God’s will” and go and picket the funerals of our fallen soldiers, who I admire dearly for their sacrifice for our country. This law is a great thing because it protects the families of the soldiers, and anyone else they decide to randomly picket. They are stupid and we need to do more to prevent their actions. I also appreciate the bikers who come and counter protest the Phelps. They at least have the guts to stand up against these freaks and it really shows how much they care about our country too.

  • I do not see where this is a dumb law. It is one of the best laws I have seen. I have a few VN Vets in my family and I know I would be angry as hell if there where picketers at any of there funerals.
