Hey Carbondale Illinois where I grew up also has the “no male nipples” law. Passed before the chip and dales stripped at a club here, they all were charged with exposing their nipples. Except the ones with suspenders covering them. No male in city limits can expose their nipples no exceptions. It was passed in the mid 1990s and is strictly enforced to this day.
