It is against the law NOT to confine that bitch of yours if she’s in heat. Dogs that is.

Sec. 4-27. Confinement of bitches in heat and stray dogs.

 

(a) It shall be the duty of the owner, or any person having control, of any bitch to securely confine such dog and keep it concealed from view while such dog is in heat or proud.

(b) It shall be the duty of any police officer to impound any such bitch not confined as required herein.

Sec. 12-106. Hours of operation.

No sexually oriented business shall open to do business before 10:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday or remain open after 12:00 midnight Monday through Saturday. No sexually oriented business shall open for business on a Sunday. This subsection shall not apply to an adult motel, nor to a business whose hours of operation are regulated by state law.
