Cook your garbage before you feed it to your hog.

It is required that all people shall cook their trash  before feeding it to their pig.

Sec. 7-187. Preparation of garbage, etc., fed to hogs.

 

All garbage, refuse, offal or other material other than grain foodstuffs to hogs must be cooked on the premises just prior to the feeding of the hogs.

Don’t urinate on your neighbors house

For those with urinating problems, this law is for you.  Remember to never relieve yourself on any public building as it is illegal.

9.48.010 Urination upon public or private property–Misdemeanor.

A. Any person within the corporate limits of the city who urinates upon any highway, street, alley or upon the premises of any public place or building or upon private property, in open view of any person, when the same has not been designated as a restroom, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

No foosball for kids!

It is against the law for a person under the age of 18  to enter a business that has a coin-operated foosball machine without being accompanied by an adult.

Sec. 6-16. Defined.

 

Amusements places are defined, for the purposes of this article, as any business, place or establishment where three (3) or more coin-operated amusements games such as, but not limited to, flipper type machines, target machines, foosball machines and the like are available for the use and enjoyment of the public and the operation of which constitutes the primary or principal business of any such place, business or establishment.

Sec. 6-17. Adult supervision required.

It shall be unlawful for any person whether as proprietor, agent, manager, employee, lessee or otherwise, conducting or carrying on any place, business or establishment of amusement places, for pay or otherwise, to permit the establishment to be open without adult supervision present on the premises at all times. Adult supervision is hereby defined as any person eighteen (18) years of age or older, whose name must be publicly displayed in the amusement place.

False swearing

False swearing is the intentional making of a written or oral statement, known to be false, under sanction of an oath or an equivalent affirmation, where such oath or affirmation is required by law; provided that this article shall not apply where such false statement is made in, or for use in, a judicial proceeding or any proceeding before board or official, wherein such board or official is authorized to take testimony.

Whoever commits the crime of false swearing shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
